Aubrey + Brady’s Glacier National Park Elopement

Aubrey and Brady traded a traditional wedding for a trail. They crossed the country to say their vows in Glacier National Park, with glacial lakes below them and the peaks all around.

The day started in the dark with a hike to the Hidden Lake overlook. They said their vows up there with the wind in their hair, and a few hikers who happened to be on the trail stopped to cheer them on.

Why Elope in Glacier National Park

Glacier has a spot for almost any kind of ceremony. Lake McDonald is easy to reach and calm in the morning. The moderate three-mile trail to the Hidden Lake overlook rewards you with one of the best views in the park. And there are alpine meadows for couples who want the place to themselves.

Aubrey and Brady based themselves in an Airbnb and went into the park from there. With no traditional wedding to plan around, the whole day belonged to them.
