Nolan and Delaney’s love story unfolded throughout a long weekend at their family’s remote lodge. They were joined by their closest loved ones for a serene campground wedding amongst the Wisconsin nature.
So much of their relationship was spent at the Shady Rest Lodge in the Northwoods, so it only made sense that this would be where they’d tie the knot. Bonfires, waterskiing, sunsets, and endless other memories were created and cultivated in a place that would now be the backdrop for their wedding photos. It was home.
Their intimate wedding celebration was more than just a one day event. Rather, it was a fun-filled weekend with their loved ones that began days before the wedding and concluded days after.
Their wedding day started with a light rain that was caught by the overhang of the trees at their lakeside forest wedding venue, but that only enhanced the dreaminess of their day. Everyone spent the relaxing morning getting ready while Nolan and Delaney promised their vows in private.
All the guests were giddy to be a part of this beautiful lakeside wedding. Once glance at Nolan, and you knew he was so ready to make Delaney his wife.
We preserved so much emotion throughout the day as we captured the most authentic moments with a documentary style mindset. We wanted to see moments as they happened naturally and preserve them.
The day after the wedding was the cherry on top. We took a cruise around the lake, documenting even more what Nolan and Delaney love doing together – waterskiing! It was a perfect way to celebrate them after tying the knot!
